Please Explain Explicitely about sound leval suggestion
"Adjust ~70% by VU-meter".
Does this mean the loudest sound should be at approx 70% on the vu Meter?
Additionally, what are general recomendations for filters...
Typically not necessary to use?

Yes, the loudest sound should be at approx 70% on the vu Meter.

Filters mainly used for speech recording or for transferring audio from the tape or LP.
