Compiling error - Cannot open file "C:\..."

Hello,

When I try to compile a simple batch (1 'echo' and 1 'pause), I get the error:
Cannot open file "C:\Documents and Settings\.....". ...
I've tried disabling my AV (AVG Free), but the error remains...

Any other ideas?
