Executable fails on x64 Vista

I have an inventory script that uses WMI to gather PC information. I've compiled it to an EXE using ScriptCryptor.

When I execute the source VBS file on an x64 system it works fine, but the EXE does not gather all of the information.

I have tried running the EXE in compatibility mode and run as Administrator.

The same EXE works fine on Vista x86.

Anybody have any idea what might be wrong?
