Horrendous Noise in Background - To do with trial version.

Hello. I am attempting to buy your software. However, before doing so, I downloaded the trial version. I have a Creative Soundblaster 16 PCI Sound card, and the option that comes for that is Stereo Mix. I went to sound control recording properties and selected stereo mix and put the volume of others low. Selected it in i-sound and played the sound in windows media player. However, your program does not record much of the song. It just records a horrendous feedback/static sound. I want to record straight from the sound card and not from the microphone, please could you tell me how to work the trial so that I can buy your software.

As i know Sound Blater 16 not support Full-Duplex mode and used emulation. This can produce havy sound distortions.
Can you test another recording software?
