My i-sound 7 has disappeared from my desktop and wont come back! I'm running it under Win 7. It shows that it is running in the toolbar preview and it task mgr but its not visible anywhere. If I set it to maximize I just see a transparent bar along the top of my screen with i-sound in the top left corner.

Most likely you have a secondary display, and it is currently disabled. i-Sound remembers the position on the desktop and appears outside the main monitor. To reset the setting, you can open the folder:
"C:\Users\your user name here\AppData\Roaming\Abyssmedia\i-Sound\"
and delete "isound.xml" file.

I want you to know that I'm a big fan of your company, I have never found a company that besides having an excellent product, is so prompt and helpful in responding to correspondence. You have answered within 10 minutes!
It's almost like dealing with a friendly neighborhood store.
