| I am using the trial, and WAS really impressed with the program until i came upon this bug. I set the mixer settings (record level) to get the best sound, and each time to app is exited, upon re-entry the record level is set back to the middle. Not going to purchase the product until this bug is corrected. Can this be fixed soon? |

1. Do you have a latest version 6.57 from this site?
2. What's sound card you have? Usually you can resolve problem after drivers update
3. What's about other settings? You lost it too after restart?
4. Fon't forget : i-Sound remember two levels: for recording and playback |

| Another problem... reloaded my laptop, and it was working fine. I installed VB 6 and Office 2003, and now it has started to skip during recording(the spectrum freezes for a split second and starts back moving). Also, their is a dark blue border around the app... almost like the "suppose to be" transparent part of a form is showing... did i overwrite a dependency file or something? |

| Yes, VB and Office replaced a lot of system DLLs. Looks like some application (debugger?) loaded into memory and freezes i-Sound. |
