| Skype, with plantronics headset. Not getting other side of call to record. Have adjusted all vol setting s to max . . What else? |

| Did you have the "Stereo Mix" input at Settings->Mixer? |

no sorry, i forgot to mention that the only options i have do not include stereo anything
Please help! I have client cal in 2 hrs from now |

In mixer settings my choices are
Select Recording Device: Plantronics Headset and Sigma Tel Audio
Select Recording Source Microphone, Line In, and Rear Mic |
