No drag and drop?

I record online streaming of internet radio in one hour blocks. I wish to transfer them to my iPod Nano. The drop down list of recordings of the Open/Hide recordings list accurately shows my recordings, but I am unable to drag and drop them to any other folders on my computer.

Please advise the best way I should be able to transfer these files to my Mp3 player.
