No stereo Mixer Available on Conexant HD Smartaudio 221

HP DV9700 with Vista Business SP1

Conexant HD Smartaudio 221 sound card, with latest driver installed 4.36.7.60 dated 3/4/08


Ctrl Panel
Sound
Playback - speakers or SDIF interface
Recording - Mic ONLY

Attempted to display disabled / unavailable devices and there are none.

So what do I need to do in order to utilize the i-sound Pro v6.92 that I just purchased? Only option is recording via mic....

Not seeing any specific answers in the other posts.. Sorry for my ignorance on this subject.
