Here is a batch file we run to do backups. I have compiled it and included the sql file. The password is also correct when compiled.
When I run it nothing happens(not even an output log), I switch to the batch file and it runs perfectly...Anyone have any ideas as to why this isn't working for me?

isql -Usa -Px -Slema_t1 -i%MYFILES%\backup_full.sql
-oi:\lema_ft1\backups\backup.out
