Hi,

it would be nice, if we can set a password to the compiled execute file,
like other exescript tools.

- bat to exe converter
- exescript
- ...

perhaps in the next version ?

Thanks

Okay, this feature will be added in the next major update.
Upcoming minor update will add administrator manifest feature.

What do you mean by major update? Question

Is the next major version have the one single feature that I have been waiting for in this thread below
http://www.abyssmedia.com/forum/what-makes-quick-batch-file-compiler-better-than-the-others-t458,start,15.html

This is the last answer you give me.

I think we will release new version until new year.

Does it mean this year you will be releasing the native compiler? Very Happy

Priority for the next update - support for Windows 8. It also include some minor improvements.

Native compiler - version 4, still under development. The main problem - full support of variables expansion. We found some scripts that looks like:

set command = echo
%command% some text

EXE file doesn't support dynamic code.
