Relative Paths when embedding files

Hi everyone. I have been trying to compile the batch to an exe from command prompt with an embedded jar file. To do this I had to open the QBFC gui and set the included jar and then save the bat file. This makes it so there is a comment block with embeddedfile="path to my jar". So my question is if there is anyway to have a relative path in that comment block instead of the complete path. Question
