Could anyone explain in which timezone the scheduler operates?

I've tried a few, both Europe and US, without success.

No, timezone.

Where does the scheduler think it is? UK? Europe? East Coast of the US?

To set to record it needs a time - I've tried all the above, but it doesn't trigger.

It use your computer timezone (see Windows settings)
