Stupid Call question

When I call a EXE from the BAT file using the Choice.com command I get an error running the progam.

When I create a standalone BAT that just calls the program, it runs just fine.

This shouldn't be an issue but was wondering why something like this would be happening. I know this one is going to be hard, but I have no other sources for help.

How you call EXE using choice? Please show a part of source code.
