When I create a .exe from a working batch file, McAfee virus alert pops up and automatically deletes a .tmp file

Path: C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx\Local Settings\Temp\bt8041.bat

Detected As: Univ.script/99a

Is there anything I can do aside from net stop mcafee?

I have got almost the same problem. I use Kaspersky antivirus and after a scanning Kaspersky found a trojan in different places. Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.avl !!
The trojan was even found in the downloaded demo file !!

So I demmand an explanation !!
