volum % hz size

I am looking for a percentage mark on the volume(75%) on the i-sound pro and the 1-4 hz. in the set up but mine don't have that stuff. the Hz starts @ 97 and there are no percentages on my volume. Is my i-sound pro recorder installed correctly?

I don't understand about 1-4Hz... sound card doesn't support this frequencys.
