Trojan Virus... In A .dll?

Post by PityOnU »

Well, before I even start, I just want to say that this program is truly amazing! It has a beautiful GUI and is very easy to use.

Unfortunately, my Anti-Virus software keeps telling me that there is a trojan in the stubc.dll. This is just plan stupid, and it's even stupider that I can't make Norton trust it. I've made it so that I can use it, but only when the "Auto Protect" is turned off.

My question is, is there any way around this? Like maybe a .dll that is coded differently, or maybe an alternate download of the stubc.dll just to make sure that mine really doesn't have a virus?

TIA!

EDIT: Nevermind! I found a download of the 3.0 beta version stubc.dll in one of the other threads, replaced my version with it, and it works great! If anyone is having this problem, that will fix it (the 3.0 beta version stubc.dll won't support 'ghost mode' though).

Good job, guys!
