How to unlock trial?

With the program just installed, my files MIDI continue to be converted in MP3 only for 50% and not for the whole time. Please tell me why it happens, and what must I do to make the program work at the best.

Just copy/paste license code from order confirmation email and click the "Unlock trial" button.
