Auto-stop and splitting optionsBy default, i-Sound records audio to the one file during one recording session. This means, if you click "Start recording" button only once, only one file will be created, no matter how much time the recording will last. Some recording formats have file size limits, so there is a chance of data loss during long-time recording. In addition, a single large file difficult to convert and transfer on a removable drive. It will be convenient to limit the maximum file size is 700 megabytes, so it fits on a standard CD.
Auto-stop is triggered only once, and stops recording after a specified period of time. Auto-splitter runs continuously until you do not stop recording. If you need more control above recording time see Recording Scheduler. |
