1. Fixed "List index out of bounds" error during compilation.

2. Fixed "Error loading file" error during compilation.

3. Fixed "Wrong date format" error during project loading on the different computer.

4. Fixed "Access denied" error for JavaScript. Now SiteInFile compiler can offer full Windows Script Host (WSH) support.
